The transition towards green heating solutions in all of our homes and buildings is creating large-scale opportunities for companies across Scotland, and those opportunities will continue to grow as we accelerate towards a net zero future by 2045.
Our panel of experts will be discussing the fast-growing green heat market – with a particular focus on the projected growth of the industry, the domestic and international opportunities for companies across the supply chain in Scotland, and the specialisms and expertise needed for Scotland to fully realise it’s potential in the green heat sector.

The role of the Green Heat team at Scottish Enterprise is to capture the economic benefits associated with the transition to green heating solutions across all of our homes and buildings. Our ambition is to establish Scotland as the European Centre for Green Heat Solutions Manufacturing in areas such as the electrification of heat, and the development and delivery of next generation heat networks. To achieve this ambition, we will work collaboratively with other economic agencies and key partners to grow a robust, competitive, and sustainable Scottish supply chain capable of capturing both domestic and international opportunities in green heat.
