Best visual art in a UKGF funded game
- Fourth State
- Miracle Tea
- Winner Rekim Ltd
Best visual art in a UKGF funded game
This award category will recognise the overall excellence of visual art in a UK Games Fund supported game – including, but not limited to, animation, modelling, art direction, textures, etc. It will be judged by reference to a playable demo. The entered game is required to be reasonably feature-complete for at least an early-access type level. Games that meet this but have not yet been published may still enter provided they have appropriate unrestricted approvals (allowing distribution amongst organisers and judges only) from any third parties and can also provide the review required (this may be from the commissioning publisher in this case). Games can win more than one category.
You’ll need to be able to send:
- A video showing the game being played and with emphasis on the novel elements that relate to that category. If you are entering more than one category you might need to use different videos to show off that characteristic.
- Links to an external online review – preferably one that is clearly independent of the developers. Again, if the review cites aspects that relate to the category entered so much the better.
- Details of where the game is accessible (platform/publisher etc.)

Today, the draw is rather different: Shieldgreen now supplies the gleaming copper stills of our very own distillery and our attendant gin school. Along with many of the botanicals grown here in our grounds and our very own tonic water, 1881 Gin is trickled, nurtured and perfected by Peebles.
