Qualifying as a Medical Doctor, Rachel specialised as a Psychiatrist. Having gained fulfilment helping people regain their health mentally, she subsequently discovered a passion for Coaching. As a Coach, she loves helping people expand the limits of their capabilities, empowering them to realise their personal and professional goals.

Rachel facilitates 1:1 coaching, group workshops and talks.

She creates bespoke packages within Organisations; working to improve individual and team relationships and functioning. Topics include; Emotional Awareness, Effective Communication, Managing Conflict, Healthy Boundaries, Mental Wellbeing, Resilience, Imposter Syndrome.

Her special interest lies in supporting women, to be more vocal, visible and valued.
