As chief executive of Scottish Chambers of Commerce, Liz is one of Scotland’s most influential business figures. She has held a number of senior positions in the private sector and was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List in 2014 for her outstanding services to business and commerce.

As managing partner of Dundee headquartered chartered accountants Henderson Loggie, David works closely with his fellow partners and staff, supporting delivery of services to meet clients’ needs. A dynamic business leader, David is also involved in a number of external organisations including as treasurer of the Dundee Committee of Cancer Research UK.

Richard was appointed editor of The Courier in 2011. He has extensive experience of working in the newspaper industry with titles including The Scotsman, Daily Record and Business am. He was recently appointed Editor-in-Chief of Morning Newspapers at DC Thomson Media, with overall responsibility for The Courier and The Press and Journal.

Simon Howie was born and bred in Dunning, where the factory is based and where he still lives today. From a local butcher in the village aged just 19 the business has grown from strength to strength and now in addition to their two award winning butcher shops supply meat to Michelin starred chefs, National Hotel companies and their retail lines to the big six UK supermarkets.
